Founded by a Support Worker in 2020, JMR Healthcare provides high-quality community and residential care in Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire. Working daily with private companies, local authorities, integrated care boards (ICBs) and families, we have the experience, compliance and competency you can rely on to deliver consistent, world-class caring outcomes.

Crisis Management

Our flagship rapid response service, epitomised by our slogan – Doing what nobody else can, and more. Our CMS service supports some of the most complex individuals, both children and adults, to remain and reintegrate into the community.

Family Support

Our family support service works with Local Authorities and NHS trusts to support families, in their own home, in the community or offering respite, to allow them to maintain a healthy home dynamic and ensure everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Temporary Staffing

We understand that in an ideal world, nobody wants to use Agency Staff. However, when this is needed, we guarantee that our Temporary Staffing Solution is the most comprehensive service of its type around.

Residential Provisions

We have a clear vision behind our Residential Service offering. To give the most complex Children and Adults a home and a staffing team that allows them to stay safe and flourish whilst promoting independence.

Training

JMR Healthcare is now offering our full 3-day GSA regulated PMVA (Prevention & Management of Violence and Aggression) training, Advanced Medication Administration, Emergency First Aid at Work, Anti-Ligature, Equality and Diversity, Personal Care, Fire Safety, Manual Handling, and Safeguarding. All can be delivered in our state of the art training rooms in Norwich & Colchester.
